Not horrible but they actually forgot my waffle. That's the most important thing.

I cannot recommend eating at a Waffle House sober butthis place honestly it's different after drinking with the boys at 3 a.m.

I love Waffle House, but this one was not up to par with the greatness of the name. The server was inattentive and took forever to bring our check once we were done. It seemed like the young servers were more interested in chatting than customer service.

Not at all what I am used to. Total chaos. Everyone seemed confused on what their responsibilities were. I completely understand if they were short staffed but I saw 4 people there. That seems normal for their model

Constantly overcook the Waffles. Service is subpar even when business hours are slow.

All employees wore masks.. yeah! Food yummy as always! I always get scrambled eggs w/cheese, raisin toast and grits. I'm from iowa, so when we travel south, I love going to the Waffle House for breakfast!🍳

Old fashioned diner. Nothing fancy about this place but if you want a good, solid meal then this is your place. They have a simple menu but they do it well. They still do things the same way they did when your grandparents ate there because it works. The food is good, the portions are large, the price is very reasonable and finally; their coffee is simply the best around. Some call it the "awful waffle" but because it is so awfully good.

I like how you say make an order on post mates but its not available in Tennessee yet. Very irritating.

The staff touched everybody food (i watched the entire time) with their hands didnt wear gloves or hair net. People complaining about items missing that they ordered. I would have done better eating at a pig farm. The staff coughing over food i didn't even order i just walked out. Seems like they don't wanna work. I recommend no one to never go here not even to smoke a cigarette.

You don't have to starve yourself to death just because you have to take the kids out trick or treating, the "Waffle House" , on Birmingham Highway has a really great crew on the graveyard shift a couple of really good Masters on the grill who have a regular following. The salespeople are great, they keep the place looking real good and as a special bonus they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner 24 hours a day! 🤗🤗

Wish i could give it no star but it wouldnt let me. This was by far the worst experience I've had at waffle house. Our order was not correct one waffle was just pitiful not even a whole waffle and under cooked the other 3 were over cooked. No cheese for anythinf. Service was absoultley horrible.

Friendliest staff ever! Food was good. They made us feel welcome and I’m sure everyone else who was there. Some people had to wait but the staff would offer a drink while they waited. I loved the atmosphere

Waffle House has dramatically changed. Their agenda centers around Hash browns. How about revisiting what Waffle House started out being. A damn good place to go 24 hrs a day for Breakfast. And while I'm at it stop screwing up the Chili. Waffle House Chili used to be the Bomb. Now it's just Bust.

We travel the country and we look for the Waffle House. We recommend that you pass on this one. While our service was just ok, for others it was less than. It was nicely staffed yet it was slow and the quality of food was not up to standard. From burned toast, under cooked Texas toast to barely cooked hash browns. This is the worst Waffle House we've ever been to.

My first time ever visiting Waffle House and it was awesome! So much food, great and fast service! Laney was super sweet, thank you for making the first time a great one!!

This was probably the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen at a Waffle House. Service was great and the eggs were cooked to perfection. Fresh coffee and very friendly, efficient staff. They each had an excellent rapport with their obvious regulars and we're equally welcoming to everyone.

I come here almost every morning with my dad to have Daddy-Daughter time. Most of the waitresses know us and are really nice. Sometimes they are a little slow on service, but mostof the time pretty great.

Absolutely terrible. For starters the outside of this waffle house is disgusting, having cigarette's and cigarette packs all around by the front door. Employee's high and not taking orders correctly. Paying more for food here than at any other waffle house for the same item.

Open 24 hrs 7 days a week and on holidays. Plus the service is good and the food is too.
